How does Rize work?
Using Rize is very easy. Just download and install it on your computer and keep it running in the background while you go about your working day as usual.
What it will do is track, in a secure and privacy-oriented way, the titles of the apps you use and the websites you visit, classifying them automatically (through AI) and storing how long you keep them open.
By connecting it to your calendar, it will be able to recognise how long you are in an in-person or virtual meeting, and if you take a break, it will keep that into account as well.
The aim of all these automations is simple: to provide you with accurate and complete data on where you spend most of your time, allowing you to optimise it for the future.
But of course, Rize does much more than that.
For example, I could talk about the integrated audio player for focus music, the distraction blocking functions or the additional Projects categorisation, but I'll leave it to you to discover all its functions directly from the official website.
The most effective way to improve ourselves is to analyse our own mistakes and do better in the future.
Since limited time is the only 'currency' we really have in common with one another, it goes without saying that optimising it in a smart, non-obsessive way is extremely important for our personal and professional growth.
That is why I find Rize to be a great tool, as it allows you to achieve this without any extra effort — and that's why I decided to use it myself and become its Ambassador.
I hope it'll be as useful to you as much as it is to me.
See you next time!
